Great morning breakfast, main house is beautiful
Actual private rooms are a little disappointing, but still comfortable. Would be nice if they had a few more amenities, coffee maker etc.
Nice location, just outside from the main busy streets of the city. Private parking was a help/
Hotel was advertised as 4stars, in reality it's 3stars, and fits to 3 star category. We've booked the room for 315 per 2 days, we were charged above 340 + 20e tax ( 2days, 2 persons) = above 360
it's exciting enviroment there. all furniture and overall design is oldfashion and looks perfect. there is a small cute garden inside and place for patio where you can have wonderful summer breakfast as well.
the heating didn't work, it was really cold in the room.
Very local to city centre, parking excellent and free
The staff was very friendly and the Hotel has some old "return to brideshead" or country atmosfere. You see some pictures of old snooker players like steve davis and stephen Hendry.
The room (18) was okay but everything was a little bit old. The light in the bathroom makes some noise. Breakfast was quit simple and limited in choice. Basically price/quality was wrong.
Very good hotel with perfect location and friendly staff!
The very nice garden and the "tarnished style" of previous decades.
Obvious need for renovating: clash between charming "old style" and basic neglect of maintenance which was, for a Deluxe room, more than disappointing. Breakfast buffet not "refilled" meaning you had to be up early not to face only left-overs. Restaurant expensive, with partially good courses, but also partially very disappointing courses. Parking free, but only available if you arrived in time.
Nice food - helpful staff
hotel needs an upgrade - quite "tired" furnishings
Friendly reception, lovely old house with a beautiful back yard and breakfast room. Lots of personality.
The toilet needs a good cleaning under the rim, and there is mould on the bathtub joints that should be removed.
The staff were very friendly, even though we arrived after they had stopped serving in the restaurant they squeezed us in. The food was excellent and although the hotel is not in the town center it is only a 10 minute walk. Parking was a great bonus. We will certainly return and will definitely recommend Pannenhuis to family and friends.
It would have been nice to have a proper shower but as we were only there for two nights it was not so much of an issue.
Very well placed, in 5 minutes you reach the city center.
The Restaurant is very expensive. Bad cost/benefit.
The large garden and the relaxed atmosphere. Dinner was very good, but rather pricy. The performance of the waiter was excellent. Staff in general was very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom facilities were rather poor and dated. Breakfast could have been better, considering the good dining.
Very handily placed for the city of Bruges, enabling an easy wlak into the city. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Whilst the food in the restaurant was very good, it was also very expensive (by our standards).
